Abstract

This increased point is detected at a detection circuit 5, the instruction corresponding to the frequency f0 is discriminated, a control circuit 6 is operated and the circuit 6 controls a control variable. Further, as a coupling element, electrostatic or acoustic element as well as electromagnetic waves can be used.
