Abstract
PURPOSE:To utilize the preheat of the primary air, by increasing the rate of heat exchanged in an air preheater, by increasing the flowing velocity of exhaust gas in the air preheater in the system of exhaust gas, by feeding the secondary air into the system of exhaust gas, when a watery refuse of low quality is incinerated in the titled equipment. CONSTITUTION:When a watery refuse of low quality is burnt in an incinerator 1, an exhaust gas after combustion is decreased because combustion is restrained, and the temperature of combustion gas is decreased. The lowering of temperature is detected by a furnace temperature controlling means 8, and the opening of the primary flow controlling valve 5 is throttled, in order to restrain the feed of the secondary air into a furnace 1. After that, the exhaust gas is led into a gas cooling tower 9, where it is cooled by the injected water from a water feed system 10, being led into an air preheater 2. The temperature of the air after preheated is detected by a controlling means 15, and if the temperature detected is low, the secondary flow regulating valve 14 is opened, in order to increase the flowing velocity of an exhaust gas passing through the preheater 2, and the heat exchanging rate of the primary air in the preheater 2 is increased.
