Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent a hesitating state of an engine at starting operation, by operating all cylinders when a car speed is detected not higher than a preset car dpeed in a state of stopping or approximately stopping of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION:In a stopping state of a vehicle, a car speed detector 82 detects a state not higher than a preset value, though a start estimation detector circuit 76 estimates a start, a speed changer is placed in a neutral position, and a holding circuit 74 is not triggered. If the speed changer is selected to a low speed shift or reverse shift, a speed changer selector switch 80 is turned on, and the start estimation detector circuit 74 is triggered ot change a selector 70, then an operating cylinder selector cirucit 72 is connected to an all cylinder operation directing circuit 68, in accordance with an all cylinder operation instruction, an oil hydraulic pressure selector velve 44 is operated to perform all cylinder operation. Then after the start, a release condition detector circuit 78 detects a running state to stop output of the holding circuit 74, and the selector 70 of the second control circuit 66 is switched to connect the operating cylinder selector circuit 72 again to the first control circuit 64, then the selector valve 44 is operated in accordance with an idle cylinder or all cylinder operation instruction.
