Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to perform a measurement in a manner to maintain a high stability against an environment change, by a method wherein a load delay circuit is mounted the change in environment is detected, and a reference pulse of a frequency, corresponding to said change, is generated for counting.

Meanwhile, crest discriminating circuits 3 and 7 for a counting start and a counting stop, respectively, generate counting start and counting stop signals which have a time distance equivalent to a delay time. A feed signal from an environment detecting circuit 10, which is situated under the same condition as that of the circuit 6, controls an oscillating frequency of a generating circuit 11. Thus, through the transmission of a temperature-corrected pulse from the circuit 11 to dose rate counting circuit 9, the dose rate counting can take place in a manner to maintain a high stability against a change in temperature.
