Abstract
PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement for residual flux density and retentivity, by adding iron powder when pulverizing by a wet method for ferrite magnetic powder. CONSTITUTION:After adding 0-1.5wt% of iron powder to strontium ferrite magnetic powder with 2l of water for pulverizing for two hours, magnetic field molding is performed for the B-H curve of a fired strontium ferrite magnet as shown in the figure. 1-6 in the figure represent the B-H curves for those with 0.1-1.5wt% of iron powder addition. The addition of iron powder improves residual flux density and retentivity without deteriorating the rectangularity of the B-H curve.
