CONSTITUTION:In a reset circuit of an electronic circuit equipped with a terminal which becomes a reset state by the fact that a prescribed input level is held under the conditions that a power supply POW is applied for it, a detecting part DET which detects the rise of the POW, and a circuit for generating a reset signal SG having a shift register SR and a transistor (TR) are mounted.
