Abstract
PURPOSE:To utilize an optical fiber cable for use other than information transmission using a light beam, by burying and laying the optical fiber cable through an earthen layer of small thickness on an underground transmission cable buried under the ground. CONSTITUTION:At first, a groove 15 is dug on the ground 5, earth is piled up to some extent on the bottom surface of this groove 5, and an underground transmission cable 1 is laid on said earth.
