Abstract
PURPOSE:To release blocking of a transport pipe by dividing the transport pipe into plural sections by valves, each of which compressed air is introduced to and by raising the pressure of an obstructed section and then opening the valve on discharge side to eject obstruction together with the compressed air. CONSTITUTION:In a high-pressure transport apparatus, a transport pipe 10 extending from a blow tank 11 to a tank 13 is divided into n-sections S1-Sn by valves V0-Vn. Compressed air is introduced from a compressor 20 and a pressure accumulator 18 through valves W1, W2 to each section. When blocking is caused in the pipe 10, all the valves are closed. When compressed air is introduced to the section S1 first and the section becomes high-pressure, the valve V0 is opened to discharge air impulsively and remove obstruction. Subsequently the same operation is performed on the section S2, and the operation is consequently continued, which can release blocking in the whole pipe 10.
