Abstract

PURPOSE:To transmit informatin between optional stations, by cascading a master station and each slave station, and constituting them like a loop. CONSTITUTION:A transmission line (l) of a closed loop is formed by cascading a master station C and plural slave stations S1-Sn. The master station C sets a transmission period and 2 kinds of transmission quiescent periods such as large quiescence and small quiescence. The master station C and each slave station S1-Sn are provided with a shift register which is capable of storing the information between its transmission quiescent period and the next transmission quiescent period, form a closed loop by cascading the shift registers of each station, and a data received from the previous station is resent out to the transmission line.
