PURPOSE:To achieve impedance matching at frequencies higher than the UHF band by composing a bridge T type circuit of a microstrip line. CONSTITUTION:The inductance 4 of the circular line of a microstrip and the interdigital capacitance 5 by a gap connected to it in parallel form the inductance and capacitance of a bridge T type circuit respectively. An open tip strip line 9 having 1/4 wavelength at the center frequency of desired attenuation characteristics forms a series resonating circuit. The parallel resonating circuit of those elements 4 and 5 and the series resonating circuit of the line are connected by chip resistances 6 and 7, and 8a and 8b. Consequently, the bridge T type circuit is constituted on a microstrip substrate and the attenuation equalizer has an impedance matching state at frequencies higher than the UHF band which could not be realized by a lumped constant.
