CONSTITUTION:The matching circuit is formed between SAW element 2 and at least high frequency amplifying circuit 1 of the front step of element 2 or the electronic circuit such as detecting circuit 3 or the like of the rear step. In other words, resistances 19-25 form detecting circuit 27D and coils 15 and 16 plus variable cap diode 18 form the matching circuit respectively. Then turning voltage VT is applied to diode 18.
