Abstract
PURPOSE: To flow a fluid smoothly, to prevent variation in velocity of flow in an annular passage, and to obtain a low pressure drop and high sensitivity, by providing one inflow passage with a throttle part such as a nozzle.
CONSTITUTION: At the center part between the disks 21 and 22 where chambers 26 and 27 and an annular passage 30 are formed at both ends, an inflow passage 32 for introducing a fluid from the 1st chamber 26 into the annular passage 30 and an outflow passage 33 for discharging the fluid from the annular passage 30 to the 2nd chamber 27 are provided. Both the passages 32 and 33 are bent in the plane where the annular passage 30 is formed, namely, in the composition surface between the disks 21 and 22, and are axisymmetric on a center axis. Those inflow and outflow passages 32 and 33 communicate with the annular passage 30, and their intake 34 and outlet 36 are provided in contact with the annular passage 30.
