Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the throttle path from its deformation in such a way that a moving valve member of a differential valve which is installed on the path between a reservoir and a supply chamber is formed by means of harder material than a seat valve, and a throttle path is formed on the valve member. CONSTITUTION:A liquid outlet port 2b which responds to a reservoir tank 2 is inserted through a grommet 30 to a working liquid inlet port 28 which is formed on the cylinder body 1, and communicated to a supply chamber 10. A valve device 31 is installed in the inlet port 28, and the valve device 31 is assembled by a differential valve 32 and a check valve 33 for the supply chamber 10. Besides, a valve seat member 34 is installed in the inlet port 28, and a valve hole 34a and plural penetrating holes 34b are formed on the valve seat member 34. a conic valve seat 34c is formed at the upper part of the valve hole 34a, and a moving valve member 36 is pressed on the valve seat 34c. The moving valve member 36 is made of harder material than the valve seat member 34, its lower end part is formed quasi-spherically, and plural grooves 36b are formed.
