Abstract
PURPOSE: To recover fine quality scraps efficiently by separating industrial waste to ferromagnetic materials and powder and granules, and further separating these to non- magnetic metals and non-metals by using a magnetic device and blowing off materials other than light combustible materials and ferromagnetic materials dropping near the charge port by means of blasts.
CONSTITUTION: A screening part 61 for ferromagnetic materials, a belt 62, a screening part 63 for powder and granules, and a screening part 64 for non-magnetic metals are juxtaposed successively from a charge port 651 in the cover 65 of a screening device for many kinds of mixtures. The mixtures charged into the part 61 are moved diagonally upward by a belt 611 in the place of a stop plate 655. Ferromagnetic materials are stuck on the belt surface by a magnetic force source 612 and are discharged through a discharge port 652 on the outside of the magnetic field. Powder drops in the direction (b) and enters the rotary sieve 73 of the part 63. The small grain size powder is discharged through a discharge port 653. Non-metals are discharged in the same direction by the rotary cylinder 71 of the part 64 which rotates together with the sieve 73 and non-magnetic metals are discharged through a discharge port 654 and are blown up other than light powder by a fan 68. With the above-mentioned constitution, the size is reduced, fine quality scraps are recovered by applications, and the dropping and scattering during transporting are prevented.
