Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the contact of the tips of moving blades and the inside wall of a casing by a method wherein a rotor having moving blades enclosed in a casing is provided with a revolution number detector and a rotor-moving device. CONSTITUTION:In the range from the stopped condition of the rotor 1 to a predetermined set revolution number, an oil supply valve 13 is closed, while an oil discharge valve 14 is opened and a hydraulic oil is not supplied into a hydraulic chamber 18a, so that the rotor 1 is pushed leftwards by a thrust. When the rotor 1 reaches the set revolution number, the revolution number detector 8 detects this revolution number and feeds a signal to the valves 13 and 14. By this signal, the valve 13 is opened and the valve 14 is closed, so that the hydraulic oil flows into a left-side hydraulic chamber 18a of the rotor-moving device 9 through an oil feed passage 10 to push a piston 17a rightwards. Accordingly, a thrust collar 13a is pressed through a pad receiver 15a and a pad 14a.
