CONSTITUTION: Each steel bar 2 for reinforcement having studs 3 is welded to the outside of a gas duct 1 in the longitudinal direction, and the duct 1 and the bar 2 are covered with a refractory lining layer 6 to manufacture a refractory lined lance for blowing gas into molten metal.
