Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a defect on the surface of a rolling material due to lubrication failure, by providing a fluid inlet angle adjusting member whose one end has been placed in the proximity of a bite-in point of a rolling plate and a rolling roll, so that a fluid inlet angle of lubricating oil against the rolling plate, in the entry of the rolling roll.
