Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate production and to improve accuracy by a method wherein what has been divided into a plurality of vane-constituting members is inserted into an anode ring and fixed thereto and an anode vane having slots on its inside periphery is formed. CONSTITUTION:Vane-constituting members 2a and 2c incorporate outer and inner rings 3 and 4 and radial connecting pieces 5..., whereas a slot 6... is provided between these connecting pieces 5... The vane-constituting members 2a-2d are laminated in that order and engaged with slots 6...and 9..., and subsequently they are inserted into the anode ring 1, whereas each of the vane-constituting members 2a-2d is fixed onto the inside peripheral wall of the anode ring 1 with silver solder. Thus an anode vane 10 shown in the drawing is formed inside the anode ring 1. In so doing, highly accurate production can be facilitated.
