CONSTITUTION:In case that office data or subscriber data is read out, address information of a programmable fixed storage element 13 where contents are rewritten in byte units appears on a lead 7, and a read indication signal appears on a lead 16. These signals are transmitted to the element 13 through a read controlling circuit 15, and corresponding data appears on a lead 10 and is sent to a central controlling device. In case of the data change, the address of data to be changed and data information appear on leads 11 and 12, and a write signal appears on a lead 17. These signals are transmitted to respective terminals of the element 13 through the circuit 15, and data of the designated address is rewritten. This data is held even if the power supply is broken.
