Further, a control locking member 39 for locking the control member in a reproduction state is provided and an operation part 46d for unlocking the locking member 39 is formed at the initial stroke position of fast-forwarding and rewinding operation levers 31 and 32, and a release lever 33 for the locking member for holding a fast-forwarding or rewinding state is provided to the fast-forwarding and rewinding operation levers 31 and 32.
