Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a vacuum bubbles-assembling solid which is light in weight and of perfect sound-proofness as well as perfect heat-insulating property by a method in which a liquefied organic synthetic resin is heated in a vacuum container so as to expand it by generated gases, and then solidified at ordinary temperature under vacuum condition. CONSTITUTION:An organic synthetic resin liquefied by heating is put in a container, the container is evacuated under enclosed condition to generate gases, and the synthetic resin is expanded by the generated gases to form a bubbles-assembling solid. Then, the container is cooled to ordinary temperature under vacuum to solidify the bubbles-assembling solid, whereby causing the vacuum bubbles to bond with one another. Thus, a vacuum bubbles-assembling solid can be obtained. EFFECT:The vacuum bubbles-assembling solid is useful for saving energy.
