Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption greatly by pressurizing a portion of N2 separated in a rectifying column after its temperature rise through heat exchange, by cooling the N2 gas with coldness of liquefied natural gas, by liquefying the N2 gas through heat exchange with liquefied O2, then by introducing it into the column after decompression.
