Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a mortar being excellent in fluidity, by a method wherein, in a titled method for an underwater structure, a specified ratio of water, added to Portland cement, is agitated and a high vibration is applied, and the mixture is then kneaded togetherwith fine aggregate. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, a vibration having high frequency, is applied to Portland cement, whereto water, being equivalent to 25% of a cement weight, is added for agitation, by means of a vibrator to create a liquefying phenomenon. Then, remaining water is added to agitate them again to prepare a cement paste. Sand is added to the cement paste for kneading to prepare mortar. The mortar is implanted into gaps formed by fine aggregate with which the inside of forms for an underwater structure is previously filled. This permits obtaining of mortar which has less bleeding and an excellent fluidity.
