Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a special effect waveform by providing a data convension memory reading out stored data according to the level of an output from a mixing circuit and comparing the level of an output from the data conversion memory with that of a fader control signal. CONSTITUTION:Parabolic waves or the like outputted from horizontal and vertical basic wave generating circuits 11, 12 are mixed by a mixing circuit 13. The mixed basic wave outputted from the mixing circuit 13 is converted into digital data corresponding to the level of the mixed basic wave by an A/D converter 14. The digital data outputted from the A/D converter 14 is applied to a data conversion memory 15 as an address specification data. The digital data specifically corrected by the data conversion memory 15 is converted into an analog voltag, e.g., a mixed basic wave by a D/A converter 16. The converted signal is sliced by a fader control signal level value from an input terminal 18 in a comparator 17 and a specific effect wave for switching plural video signals is outputted from an output terminal.
