Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive stator having high rigidity and mass productivity by connecting a pair of stators having semicircular parts which contain a rotor at the narrowest part through a nonmagnetic unit and bonding the unit on one surface of an overall stator. CONSTITUTION:A pair of stators 7, 8 having semicircular parts, 7a, 8a which contain a permanent magnet are bonded at the end faces 7b, 8b of the narrowest part via a stationary member 9 of nonmagnetic material. Further, a nonmagnetic metallic plate 9 is bonded to any of upper and lower surfaces 7c, 8c of the stators 7, 8 to form a stator plate. To manufacture this stator plate, two parallel strip pieces of high magnetic permeability are bonded through a fine strip piece of nonmagnetic metal, a nonmagnetic metal plate, and the stator plate may be punched by one punching work.
