Abstract
PURPOSE:To surely prevent a misoutput to an unexpected device at failures, by providing an output lock circuit which compulsively turns off an output register independently of an output-off command from a sequence controller operation section. CONSTITUTION:If a sequence controller 1 or a circuit other than the controller 1 is at fault, a contact 25 or 26 of an output lock signal generating circuit 23 is closed. If the operator judges the stop of sequence control, a switch 27 is closed. Then a relay 28 is activated and a holding circuit is formed through a contact 28a1. At the same time, a contact 28a2 is closed and an output lock signal is outputted to an output lock line 20 from a signal separation circuit 22. Since the line 20 is connected to each bit of each output register 15 of an output section 5, each bit is compulsively reset with an output lock signal to lock the output to a control device 9.
