Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the effect of the chattering caused at the switching time via the combination between the switch time holding timer and the set/reset FF, thus ensuring the switching between the using and stand-by lines without any malfunction caused. CONSTITUTION:The line alarm input is sent to terminal 10, and output alarm input is sent to using/stand-by line switching set/reset FF13 via terminal 11. And the using and stand-by designation output are delivered through terminals 17 and 18 respectively. Here using/stand-by switch time holding timer 14 is actuated simultaneously with operation of FF13 in order to prevent the chattering which is caused when the switching is given between the using stand-by lines with operation of FF13. Thus AND gate 15 is closed for a fixed time. In such way, the switching is possible between the using and stand-by lines with no malfunction caused.
