Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize the installation of a signal monitor circuit at the output side of the selecting circuit and thus decreasing the number of the signal monitor circuits down to just one, by installing a timer circuit to avoid the miscontrol which is caused by the delay of time between the input and the output of the signal monitor circuit. CONSTITUTION:The timer circuit 36 is connected to the signal monitor circuit 34, and the circuit 34 is connected to the output side of the selecting circuit 32. The input is applied to the circuit 32 via the input signal lines 311-31n to produce the selected signal at the output line 33. The signal of this line 33 is monitored by the circuit 34, and the circuit 36 is started when the fault is detected through the circuit 34. Thus the signal which suppresses the output of the circuit 34 is delivered through the output line 38 of the circuit 36. Then the control information to switch the circuit 32 and given from the control line 35 is stopped at the moment when the fault is caused. Thus the misoperation caused by the delay of time between the input and output sides of the circuit 34 can be prevented, and at the same time connecting the circuit 34 to the output side of the circuit 32.
