Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for the conformity of parallel and the adjustment of pressure by mounting two guide rollers, a space thereof can be adjusted, between a spool and a clamper for cutting a wire. CONSTITUTION:The bonding wire 20 forwarded from the spool 40 is inserted into a capillary 21 through the guide rollers 28, 29 and the clamper 24 for cutting the wire and connects a pellet and an external lead, but said guide rollers 28, 29 are given frictional force, and the space between the rollers can be adjusted. Accordingly, the excessive wire is not delivered from the spool 40, the wire is delivered from the tip of the capillary only by length necessary for forming a normal wire loop, the frictional force of the wire becomes larger by bringing one guide roller near tothe other guide roller, and proper frictional force is given to the wire through the adjustment.
