Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the control only through the liquid pressure even in the low speed region, by coupling an eccentric cam mechanism to be contained in the rotary member with a counter balance thereby cancelling the centrifugal force of a piston in the liquid pressure actuator. CONSTITUTION:The liquid pressure controlled in accordance to the operating state of an electromagnetic valve 38 will enter into a chamber 35 in a liquid pressure actuator 20 and a piston 7 will enlarge the pins 6, 6 to move around an eccentric cam 3 thereby the center of an eccentric cam 4 will approach to the axis O to push the pin 8 thus to reduce the central angle alpha formed by the center of the cam 3 and the pin 8 against the axis O, and to lead the angle of the injection timing. When the rotary speed will increase to increase the centrifugal force functioning on the piston 1, a counter weight 31 of same mass will push a pin 46 in the second eccentric cam mechanism 45 outwardly and move around the center of the eccentric cam 43 while the center of the eccentric cam 44 will approach to the axis side O and to push the pin 48, thereby the central angle beta formed by the center of the cam 43 and the pin 48 against the axis O is reduced. Said force will cancel the centrifugal force of the piston 7 for reducing the centeral angle alpha.
