Abstract

PURPOSE:To execute continuous oscillation against a burst input, by connecting a limiting circuit to an output of a VCO, charging a capacitor connected in parallel with an LPF, with a constant current, and controlling an oscillation frequency of the VCO by an output of the LPF. CONSTITUTION:A sine wave output from a VCO6 is provided to a limiting circuit 7, and a clock of a logical level limited by this circuit 7 is provided to one input of an exclusive OR circuit 1. To the other input of this OR circuit 1, a signal of a logical level from a pulse train input terminal 11 is applied, exclusive OR of a clock signal and a signal train is taken by the OR circuit 1, and is inputted to the -side and +side of each voltage comparator 103 and 104 of a charging and discharging constant-current circuit 100. A charging circuit of a capacitor 2 is constituted of this comparator 103, a discharging circuit of the capacitor 2 is constituted for the comparator 104, and the charging current value and the discharging current value are equalized. In this way, the capacitor 2 is charged with a constant-current, frequency of the VCO6 is controlled by an output of an LPF4, and a continuous output is oscillated to a burst input.
