CONSTITUTION:A TR12 turns on with an output of a pulse width control circuit 14, and succeedingly a switching TR6 turns on and the power supply given between terminals 2A and 2B is supplied to a transformer 8. In this case, a capacitor 38 stored an energy via a diode 36. When the output of the control circuit 14 is lost and the TR12 turns off, since a voltage of the capacitor 38 is applied between the base and emitter of the TR6 as a back bias, the TR6 rapidly turns off. The secondary output voltage of the transformer 8 is detected at resistors 24 and 26, the output pulse width of the control circuit 14 is controlled for constant voltage output.
