Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent under-cooking and over-cooking by regulating the amount of air flow into a heating chamber by heating chamber temperature or relative humidity in a micro-wave heating device that controls cooking by the change in relative humidity in the heating chamber. CONSTITUTION:A controller 3 controls a driving member 16 based on information classified according to the water content of food memorized in a micro- computer or the like and by the intake temperature of a blower to change in three steps the extruded part of a shield plate 15 into an air guide 7. Air amount of the blower 1 is controlled by the position of the shield plate 15. As cooking progresses a humidity sensor 8 of an exhaust guide 10 detects the humidity of air containing vapor and the controller 3 terminates oscillation of a magnetron completing cooking when the humidity change reaches a preset value. The sensitivity of the humidity sensor under a weak condition is improved and so does the cooking capacity.
