Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify and miniaturize remarkably the constitution of the whole of a pressure control valve by a method wherein a crossover load relief function is performed by one piece of a poppet. CONSTITUTION:When the pressure of a port 21 is high, pressurized oil in the port 21 acts on the poppet 24 while it also flows into a first pressure difference chamber 33 through an orifice 46 and closes a check valve 36A to move a differential piston 31 to the right. A spring chamber 28 is communicated with a port 22 at a low pressure side from a communicating hole 29 through a check valve 36B. When the pressure of the port 21 is arrived at a predetermined value, the poppet 24 is moved to release it into the port 22. On the contrary, when the pressure of the port 22 is high, the pressurized oil of the port 22 flows into a second pressure difference chamber 34 from a passageway 45 and closes the check valve 36B while it also moves the differential piston 31 to the left. At the same time, the pressurized oil of the port 22 acts on the poppet 24 after passing through a passageway 42 and when it is arrived at a predetermined value, the poppet 24 is moved to release it into the port 21.
