CONSTITUTION:An input signal 1 is converted into an optical signal by a transmission module 2. The optical signal is supplied to a plastic optical fiber 4 through a connector 3 to be transmitted. This transmitted optical signal is supplied to a reception module 5 through a connector 3' to be converted again into an electric signal. By this process, the production is facilitated as compared with the case of a glass optical fiber. Furthermore, the plastic optical fiber has large flexibility to facilitate leading properties.
