Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a condensing device thin and to make the response of a sun tracking device rapid, by shortening the focal length of the lens system for condensing the solar heat energy. CONSTITUTION:An annular supporting frame 43 provided freely turnably to a shaft 41 of a supporting frame 44 and a solar heat condenser lens material 30 provided freely turnably to a shaft 40 orthogonal to the shaft 41 are placed in a transparent vessel 47 and constitute a sun tracking mechanism. Solar batteries 45 are provided annularly to upper faces of the supporting frame 43 and the condenser lens material 30, and power of a solar tracking driving motor is supplied from them. The condenser lens 30 consists of plural small lens mateials 31, and the solar energy is gathered by optical fibers 32 arranged on their focal planes. Since small lenses having a short focal length are used in this manner, the condenser 30 itself becoms thin, and the response of the sun tracking mechanism becomes rapid.
