Those groups are provided with power sources POW1 and POW2 respectively to enable group-by-group stand-by switching, and thus while in-use and stand-by circuits and a connection system between them are simplified, the processors are replaced, one by one, to replace processors in case of a fault and during an increase in the number of processors only by inserting or replacing a printed plate on which a processor is printed.
