Abstract
PURPOSE:To intend less weight and ready assembly in a closed type rotary compressor by shaping a crankshaft by use of a pipe member and squeezing a rotor of a motor into and making it to engage with the crankshaft. CONSTITUTION:A crankshaft 11 is provided by fabricating a pipe member, having an eccentric part 13 formed through expansion process such as fabrication of bulge. Feed oil holes 18 are drilled in the eccentric part 13. For attaching a rotor 12 to the crankshaft 11 formed as the above, a pressing-in jig (a) is inserted from one end of the crankshaft and the rotor 12 is plugged with this jig. At the opposite side, a holder jig C is fixed and the pressing-in jig (a) is forced to make contact with the dent (b), so that the crankshaft 11 and the rotor 12 is tightly fit with the guiding aid of the external periphery of an engaging step 13b of the crankshaft.
