Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture products having durability safely without the need for finish works at all by coating the solid of a dissimilar metal finished to the size of a finished product by pressing or the like on the surface of a core mold and causing interface binding thereof by casting. CONSTITUTION:Pure sand 6 is packed in a solid 2 of a dissimilar metal formed to the size of a finished product by pressing or the like, and is plugged by inserting core prints 7, 7' molded of sand and a solidifying material in both end parts, whereby a core 5 is formed. This core 5 is sandwiched by a top part 3 and a bottom part 4, whereby a casting space 8 is formed. Molten cast iron is flowed through the sprue 9 and runner 10 formed to the top part 3. After cooling for a prescribed time, the top part 3, the bottom part 4, and the core prints 7, 7' are removed, and the pure sand in the solid 2 is removed, whereby the product lines with the solid 2 of the dissimilar metal on the inside surface of the hollow object made of cast iron is produced.
