PURPOSE:To positively utilize the fact that signal components of a digital signal and an FM modulation signal can be exactly separated and regenerated from a hybrid signal containing said signals, so that residual other signal components can be exactly separated and regenerated. CONSTITUTION:A signal having both a signal component of a wide spectrum width and a signal component of a narrow spectrum width, 13 which has FM-modulated a digital signal is provided to a band pass filter BPF11, said wide signal component passes through, is demodulated, is made binary, is applied to PLL, is controlled by a clock signal which has been obtained by PLL, is demodulated by a digital data demodulating circuit 15, and is outputted. On the other hand, this output is modulated by a clock signal of PLL14 in a digital modulating circuit 16, furthermore is MF-modulated, and after that, is inputted to a substracting circuit 20, a signal component which has FM-modulated a digital signal is substracted from an input signal, and as a result, said signal component of a narrow spectrum width is obtained.
