Further, saturated type amplitude liminter 3 performs instantaneous amplitude limitation that is impossible only by feedback type automatic level amplifier 8. Furthermore, integrating circuit 4 corrects distortion due to the differentiating circuit and low-pass filter 5 removes the out-band frequency component of the modulated wave. Then, the output of filter 5 is phase-modulated by modulator 7 by a carrier generated by crystal oscillator 6.
