Abstract

PURPOSE: To efficiently attract a powdery hot-melt resin sticking agent by electrostatic force, by providing a group of short fiber flock on the surface of a mold releasing material through a temporary adhesive agent layer, applying and drying a polymer emulsion type adhesive agent on its head part, applying voltage to it, and giving electrostatic force.
