Abstract
PURPOSE:To easily change a low flow characteristic and the maximum flow characteristic from the outside in accordance with the kinds of gases used by constituting so that a strong balancer spring pressure is not applied during an initial displacement of a movable iron core and the spring pressure is applied when the initial displacement region is exceeded. CONSTITUTION:When coils 19, 20 are not energized, a valve body 3 is pressed against a valve seat 11' by means of the spring pressure of a return spring SP1, and the spring pressure of a balancer spring SP2 is not applied to a movable iron core 4. When the coils 19, 20 are energized, the movable iron core 4 is lowered in opposition to the spring SP1, and is stopped at a position where the screw head of a low flow adjusting screw 6 gets into contact with a spring receptacle 27. When the energizing currents of the coils 19, 20 are henceforth increased and the valve body 3 gets into contact with a stopper 7, the opening of a valve hole now offers the maximum flow. The maximum descent amount of the valve body 3 can be changed by adjusting a stopper 7 to move the valve up and down, and the low flow can be adjusted by operating a low flow operation screw 6.
