Abstract

PURPOSE: To expand the range of flowrate control by regulating a communication area between an opening of a valve body and an opening of a internal gage.
CONSTITUTION: As a valve driving section 32 is started to lift a valve rod 29, the second valve body 26 alone rises as the first valve body 25 is pressed down with a spring 27. This enables the flowrate to be controlled depending on the communication area between an opening 26b and an opening 23c of the valve body 26. As an external flange 26a gets in contact with a retaining section 25b of the valve body 25 with further rise of the value body 26, the value body 25 also goes up. The flowrate is controlled depending on the communication areas between the openings 25c and 26c and 23c of both the valve bodies. When the valve rod lift reaches its maximum, a stopper 30 interferes a valve lid 24 or as the valve rod lift lowers, the stopper gets in contact with a retaining section 25b thereby checking uncontrolable lowering of the valve rod 29.
