Abstract
PURPOSE: To automatically adjust the load at the change of the hight of the installation surface by closing or opening the electromagnetic valve when the measuring axial load measured by the distortion meter provided on the pedestal on the diaphragm reaches the first and the second set values.
CONSTITUTION: The pedestal is mounted on the diaphragm 3 on the top surface of the installation platform 2. The distortion meter 10 is mounted on top of the slit 9 made in the horizontal direction in the platform part 5 between the bearing metal 7 and the diaphragm 3. On the other hand, the port 11 connected to the pressurized oil block 4 on the installation platform 2 is connected with the pressurized oil source 13 through the throttle valve and with the atmospheric pressure tank 15 through the electromagnetic valve 14. Then, when the measuring axial load at the distortion meter 10 becomes greater than the normal axial load to be the first set value, the electromagnetic valve 14 is opened by the control device 16, and the valve is closed when it reaches the second set valve which is slightly smaller than the first set value so that the load can be automatically adjusted when the hight of the installation surface is changed.
