Abstract
PURPOSE: In a flow control circuit for a hydraulic circuit having a plurality of pumps, to save the power by combining or separating the delivery flow of each pump in accordance to the exchanging operation of an exchange valve and the opening of a throttle valve thereby making the flow control pattern freely selectable.
CONSTITUTION: A pressure reducing type pressure compensating valve 14 and a throttle valve 15 are provided from the upperstream of the main line for connecting an actuator 12 to the exit of a variable pump 11. While a load sensing valve 21, a pilot valve 22 for controlling the pressure having similar structure and a surge pressure absorbing valve 23 in the shape of a relief valve are provided between said valve 14 and the pump 11. Furthermore a fixed pump 71 is provided where the delivery line 72 is connected to the main line 13 at the upstream while simultaneously connected to a bypass type pressure compensation valve 74. The spring chamber of said valve 74 is switched through a three-way electromagnetic exchange valve 77 to the downstream of the tank 80 and the throttle valve 80. The spring pressure in the spring chamber of said valve 21 is set higher tha that of the valve 74.
