Abstract
PURPOSE:To form a communication system preventing fading, by providing primary radiators for right and left swing circular polarized waves with a pair of antennas and receiving electromagnetic waves of direct wave and inverted swing direction through reflection. CONSTITUTION:Primary radiators 11, 11' and 12, 12' for right and left swing circular polarized waves are provided to a pair of opposing antennas 10, 10'. The primary radiator 11 is connected to a transmitter TX and a receiver RX1 via a circulator 3 and the primary radiator 12 is connected to a receiver RX2. The other primary radiators 11', 12' are of the same constitution. For example, when the right swing circular polarized wave is radiated from the primary radiator 11 via the circulator 3 by the transmitter TX, direct wave is received at the primary radiator 11' and the receiver RX2', and reflected wave is reflected on a reflection region 5 via a reflection path 6, the direction of swing is inverted to be the left swing circular poralized waves, and they are received at the receiver RX1' via the radiator 12' and the circulator 3'. The output of the receivers RX1', 2' is synthesized at a synthesizer C. Thus, the system to prevent fading is formed.
