Abstract

PURPOSE:To find the concentration of acid and that of dissolved metallic salt easily without having chemical knowledge, by measuring electric conductivity, temperature and weight of a fixed volume said solution to be inspected and operating this measured value by a prescribed relational expression. CONSTITUTION:A fixed volume acid solution to be inspected sampled in a sample vesssl 1 is placed on a sauce 2 of a weight measuring apparatus and the weight is measured by a load sensor 6. Measured result is sent to a microcomputer 4 and is divided by the value of volume of the acid solution to be inspected automatically and then, is stored as specific gravity. Temperature measurement is performed by a temperature sensor 5 attached to the saucer 2 at the same time and its measured value is sent to the microcomputer 4 also. Next, an electric conductivity sensor 3 is thrown into the acid solution to be inspected in the vessel 1 which has finished the measurement of specific gravity to measure the electric conductivity, and its result is sent to the microcomputer 4. Operational processing is carried out in accordance with a prescribed relational expression by the microcomputer 4 and the concentration of acid and that of dissolved metallic salt is displayed on a display part 7.
