PURPOSE:To expand an application field of a heat pipe heat exchanger by providing a system in which a stream passage of hydraulic liquid is divided into a low and a high temperature stream passages with a partition, plural heat pipes are laid across both the stream passages, and hydraulic streams in both the stream passages for a high and a low temperatures are inhibited. CONSTITUTION:Low temperature hydraulic liquid passages 4, 5 and 6 and high temperature hydraulic liquid passages 1, 2 and 3 are formed by a partition, plural heat pipes are laid across both the stream passages and a damper 11 having a driving system (as per a sketch) through which each of wholly opened or wholly closed condition or their intermediate condition of inhibiting a stream of a hydraulic liquid can be taken optionally and independently is provided in the high temperature hydraulic liquid passages 1, 2 and 3 or the low temperature hydraulic liquid passages 4, 5 and 6. With this, for example in control of the volume of heat transportation the volume of the hydraulic liquid passing through a heat exchanger part 21 can be controlled optionally through opening and closing of the damper 11 and a damper 17 which is connected with the damper 11, and the volume of the heat transportation by the heat pipe can be controlled.
