PURPOSE:To ahcieve an automatic recording in a non-destructive manner with a high accuracy by diagnosis of peeling depending on the temperature difference in the surface of a wall surface finishing material measured after heating. CONSTITUTION:A wall surface finishing material 2 of the body 1 of a building is heated with a heater 4 and the surface temperature of the finishing material 2 is measured with a surface or infrared ray temperature detector 5. The measuring output is converted 6 into a signal and the temperature recorded with a recorder 7. For example, a polaroid photographic recording indicates integrity 8 of the finishing material by a black part in the picture while the white part indicates a portion where a peeling occurs in the presence of an air layer 3. Solar heat can be utilized for the heating source.
